review to come!...is what i've had posted for over a year and because i'm low on copies and am too tired to explain, let's just saw that this is the first issue of franco's zine con queso (who also edits burnt zine and runs grub records) and it's really good.

a boy perzine to enter the sweet cherry catalog - finally! lately, there seems to be not enough boys venting their thoughts onto paper. this is one of those zines were you can be irritated by the whole thing and you'll read one line and yr entire perspective on all the words before and after that has completely changed.

create me free #1

create me free is a non-profit organization founded & run by kathryn as a means of self-expression for both male and female prisoners. each page is filled with artwork, poetry, essays and writing by inmates that inspire, encourage, and touch. and i'm drop dead serious. additionally, great background info on the organization, prisons, and helping out are provided.

this is quite possibly one of the sweetest zines i've ever seen in my life. it's a minizine done like a scrapbook with small blurbs of text covering family photos. rachel dedicates this to her dad and her parents divorce, and i say she should give it to her dad for father's day because i think that would make him so amazingly happy he'd cry.
